The VMARK Vantage Worldwide Customer Support Centers provide support for the complete range of VMARK supplied and distributed software. The Vantage Support Offerings provide for different hours of coverage and all of the following:

- Problem determination and resolution.
- Status reports on Generalized Technical Action Requests (GTARs) opened by the customer.

A software maintenance agreement is recommended to assure easy access to support personnel when required, take advantage of improvements associated with new releases of software and receive technical bulletins. There are several flexible support offerings, support products, and support services for off-contract, outside maintenance hours and extenuating situations.
